Lx Hotel, A Travelodge by Wyndham

Fantastic stay. You are warmly greeted by the owners if this family owned hotel. Their hospitality is exceptional. We arrived late night with 3 kids in tow, needing to get some sleep. Check-in was quick and easy. The accommodations were perfect. The property is currently under renovation and you can see that they are elevating the guest experience. Hot coffee and warm breakfast served in the morning. A perfect overnight stop.

I cannot stress how friendly and helpful the front desk is!nThe rooms are BEAUTIFUL. I love the bathroom (taking notes for future remodels in my own home)nBeds, pillows and blankets were so comfortable and clean. My kids and I slept great!nWe did not take advantage of the cooked breakfast, but there was an abundant selection of snacks and drinks that we were thrilled to be offered. I was a little skeptical driving a mile or so away from the highway, but am so pleased I did. I will absolutely be back next time I come through.n*Not important to some, but they have a beautiful aquarium at the desk!!

The owner/manager Alex goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, better than hotels 3x the price. Complimentary glass of wine or draft beer or water and gift bag of snacks if you choose. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, all utilities in working condition. A hot breakfast made to order was great with quality coffee. I stayed overnight on a drive from Chicago to Florida and will stay again. The outside of the property is being renovated but this did not impact my stay whatsoever. I can tell the owners have put a lot of time, money and heart into this gem.

This place looks like a motel (and one that’s under construction to boot!) but it felt like a hotel. The beds and rooms so comfortable and clean and updated. The breakfast was delicious and served personally to us by the owner at whatever time we asked. (Even at 5am on the last morning so we could eat before our flight! We were so grateful.) The friendliness and service were way beyond what we were expecting. The location is unique-it’s the only hotel by the city center with all its cute shops. We’ll stay there every time we come to Manchester to visit family.

The manager was very attentive to our needs. The rooms were new and clean. The business was in the middle of renovation so the outside of the buildings were in the process of completion.nThe suite we had was perfect for our family of five. Essentially two rooms connected with a pass through doorway. We would definitely stay here again if we're passing through. Free complimentary beers on tap, snacks, drinks, and hot breakfast! Can't go wrong with that!
