Embassy Suites by Hilton Knoxville Downtown

My daughter is an incoming freshman at University of Tennessee Knoxville and we would not stay anywhere but THIS Embassy Suites downtown when visiting! There are many hotel choices available but Embassy is the BEST by far. Absolutely everything you need is in this one hotel. Also close easy walking distance to the awesome shops & eateries.nIcing on the cake is the Manager: Micheal! 100% attentive to details & he ensures your stay is top notch!nBonus: The hotel is immaculate !

Embassy Suites n downtown Knoxville was very clean ,very modern,the bar on the roof was very trendy. Only downside was when my girlfriend was taking the luggage ,was wheeling the luggage transport out to the door where I had just pull up outside, there was several valet men standing around and didn't offer to help her ,till the luggage transport almost turned over and then one offered to help her.nI would give 4 out of 5 stars to Embassy Suites n downtown Knoxville.

The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are nice and service at breakfast was fine, but rushed. Extremely disappointed in the rooftop bar. Dress code was a sham. I counted 5 ballcaps at one table. Tank tops, basketball jerseys and tennis shoes everywhere. Bar was out of most beer on tap and wines. Left after we had 1 drink. Too many other places close by that are not over run with college kids. Would be a great place for a nice bar, but it isn't.

Probably the last time I’m staying here. Understaffed. The property is brand new and that is the only good thing. My room was not cleaned in my 2 day stay. New towels would have been nice. Almost extended my stay but booking a different hotel instead. Room service is not as advertised. This place won’t last long with current management.

Building was renovated from an old bank. It is beautiful inside the lobby. The views from the room of the mountains and downtown are excellent. Most all the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is great place to relax after work.
