Incredible stay here for one night girl's bday party...pool and hot tub were nice and the hotel was very very clean in common areas, as well as, our room was extra disinfected and sealed...nnReception with free drinks and snacks was a nice touch at night..enjoyed omelette station too..decor is fresh and comfortable throughout the hotel.nnWe had a wonderful and fun time and will be back and thank you Martin for the upgrade too!!

Wonderful staff. Amazing amenities, rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was to die for. Conveniently located. Have to check the seafood restaurant across the road. We were super impressed! We’ll be staying here again soon.

Felt safe staying here, housekeeping could have been a little better as I found cans under the curtains two days in a row. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Hotel seemed to be clean.

It was convenient to where my wife is working, but the weather wasn't the best yet the staff were very attentive, and helpful. Great family place as well, evening dining was fair. But the breakfast was just awesome egg orders prepared while you wait and great COVID policy in place. Thank you Knoxville Embassy Suites.

This hotel should be categorized as 5 star! I am very picky about my hotel stays. So when choosing this for my weekend in Knoxville I knew it would be nice but my expectations were exceeded. It’s in a good area so I felt my car was safe in the parking lot. Well lit as well. The lobby is beautiful and the room was amazing. I stayed in the King bed studio. For the price I was blown away with all the amenities it had. The staff was amazing as well, so helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms had a clean and sanitized seal on the door which I loved, made me feel better. The breakfast was delicious as well!
