Chapin Furniture is the most outstanding furniture store that I have ever seen. It is professionally laid out with quality furniture and only extraordinary sales associates. We were treated with courtesy and by a young lady who was on the top of her game. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a significant amount of furniture and we look forward to receiving our order in about two weeks. I highly recommend Chapin furniture to anyone who is looking for quality furniture and outstanding customer service and atmosphere.

The atmosphere was calming. It wasn't tight or crowded. Teresa welcomed us and asked as needed. Never any pressure, just knowledge given. High quality furniture and I will recommend to family and friends as a place to go.

Came in a few weeks ago to look at furniture for the home we are building. Teresa greeted us at the door and she was an excellent person to work with. She did not hover and came to check on us at the appropriate times. Teresa is very pleasant to work with! The building and environment is awesome! Would recommend to anyone looking to do business with good people!

I worked with Erin who was so helpful from start to finish. She quickly confirmed Chapin had a sideboard in stock that I had been searching for. I Completed the transaction entirely through text and email and she made it so easy. Very excited to get my new sideboard!!

They have beautiful furniture and reasonable prices. But twice we have had a struggled with the sales staff. The first time we were looking through leather samples with our salesman and a saleswoman was frantic to use the same sample book we were flipping through, to the point that she rushes overs explained she “really” needed that book and took it to satisfy her customer’s needs while we were left with our jaws dropped. And to top things off we decide on a leather and begin putting the order together only to find out oops we can’t use that leather. The second time we worked with the same salesman (guess what when we arrived he tells us remember that leather you wanted that we told you that you couldn’t have, we’ll you can! Too bad we already decided on chairs that wouldn’t coordinate...) finally deciding on a sectional and fabric, taking fabric samples home to make the final decision. Returning to the store what we had picked out and told the dimensions were within our range was actually 15” too long. 4 visits, 1.5 hour drive each time. No sofa but a cool swivel stool and the staff tonight was nice and apologetic. Nice store but won’t be making that drive again...
