After buying a TV 4 months ago and making my payment on time every due date I was 2 days late because I was out of town at the time and once I went to make my payment they treated to me as if I was a terrible paying customers who was always late or was extremely behind on my payments when it was only 2 days and wanted me to agree to a commitment to pay for my next payment. After dealing with that level of rudeness and disrespect I went and paid off my TV in cash and ill never purchase anything from here again. I was currently looking at buying several more from Rent A Center such as Bedroom and living room sets. But after today ill be taking my business to Farmers Furniture and Economy Furniture from here on out. As I would strongly recommend everyone else to do so.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Store is very nice and clean. Furniture and appliances are nice and clean and in great condition. The store is set up in a certain way where if you want a tv you can go right to the tv's without going through everything else. My Mom and brother do business with them a lot. My mom has actually done business with them for years and has never had a problem with anything. The weekly payments are very cheap and easy to make. They are very willing to work with you. I myself have done business with them and recently got a gaming laptop from them and have not had any problems. If for some reason you may have a problem with something you rent from them they are always willing to get it fixed with no problem. They will even let you get something in place of whatever needs fixing while it's being fixed. They do deliver and will also pick up for you.

Very nasty employees ESPECIALLY the store manager Mike. He talks to customers very rudely & treat them like he run the world.
