Amber was an exceptional sales person on today. She acknowledged us when we walked in the door, although she was busy at the time. She made sure to show us many options available on today. She even had options pulled from the warehouse for us see. We made our purchased today at Kimbrell’s and are glad we did. Always great to see Mike, as he sold us furniture over the years and is still a great people person. Kudos to Amber and Mike today. Thank you for great customer service!!

Mr. Shawn Wilson was great! He was helpful and so friendly. I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesman and that made me feel comfortable and that I was at the right place! They have a warehouse on site so we didn't have to order our furniture, which would have taken 8-12 wks at other stores, we got lucky for sure! I would recommend them if you're looking for good quality furniture at a decent price.

Nice prices and value. Good selection; couches and chairs especially; not great if you’re looking for 100% hardwood tables, but I like the 3-year warranty they gave, it’s 10% of what the cost of your purchase is. If you don’t use it at all during the 3 year term, it’s given back to you as a store credit! Kinda cool! It also helps that their stuff is in stock, unlike other furniture stores that have to order your purchase. It’s especially nice to pick up your things the same day you purchase, instead of waiting 2-3 months at other chain furniture stores (i.e. Ashley’s, Aaron’s, etc.).

Excellent customer service. Scored just what I was looking for a price way lower than expected. Saved me the hassle of store hopping. Definitely will go back next time i am in market for furniture.

I love this furniture store. They have good prices and great customer service. Over the years I have bought my living room furniture, recliners and two new bedroom sets from them. I have been 100% satisfied with the quality of my furniture.
