Terrible customer service. Had an appointment at 7am to have class 3 hitch installed. Got a phone call saying they double booked and rescheduled for 10 arrived at 940. Sat in the lobby until 1025 when one of the guys came out to tell me they don’t know where the hitch is. Completely unacceptable and will never return to a Uhaul again. You wasted half of my day.nnOn a side note, if you want to know why it was taking so long to get any customer service up front, 6 of the employees were in the shop playing hacki sack and throwing things at each other. Security cameras can be good, but for the CCTV screen to be in public view really shows how they care about customers.
