Oklahoma Hot Shot Service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Called today to get a backhoe moved from okc to Ada Oklahoma, talked to a guy who picked up the phone. We went over everything in great detail. Was quoted $550 and we was going to be paying with a check. The guy says he will have the backhoe picked up in a house and would be headed this way. Well an 1 1/2 hours went by and i get a call from someone at their office telling me they don’t take a check and that I would need a card or cash waiting. Let me also add the guy I first spoke to called and said it was going to be $650 instead of $550 because of whoever it was at the office said he miss quoted it. They have put us in a very big bind due to the fact we turned down three other hotshot companies due to the fact they was headed this way. So since our company does not use credit cards we was unable to keep this company as our hot shot today and we are put behind yet another day. So I’m only writing this review to prevent anyone else from dealing with and going threw the same stuff we did !!

I had a perfect dot safety record till i started here. Junky trucks. The owner is a total salesman. Lies a lot. Communication is very poor. All about their self.nIts good if your in a bind and have to work bc they start you quick w no drug test.nThey left me high and dry in ft. Worth tx bc the truck was out of service. Then told me to sleep in a truck in 90 degree w no air conditioner or windows that open. When i told them i would not sleep in a truck when its 98 degree. They cancealed my company credit card and told me to walk back to oklahoma city. Left me stranded.nnI had problems w the breaks. If the truck turned off or stalls out. You are unable to start the truck and have to get a jump start. I was put out of service. Because many failures.nnAfter i found a ride to okc from ft. Worth. I went to get my car out of his gate. He changed locks on me and i had to call the police just to get my car bc he wouldnt let me have it. Then threatened he he was going to woop me. So i met him and he ended up calling the police inon me. The guy is twice my size!! Lol This is bottom of the barrel kind of business. He lost his customer do to his lack of professionalism. After the company found out how he treated me. He lost the account. So at least something happened. This is not the first. I was told by his driver. This has happened many of times. The people who rated him good. Dont even work here or have they ever.nWhen i first started my first day. I liked the mother and daniel but the second day. When i was dot. Their true colors showed. They left me hanging to eat it all.nThey had a driver sneak a out of service semi w messed up breaks back to the city. The driver and mechanic i met. Was very friendly and willing to help anytime. So at least their is a couple good people that work here.

Applied for a job never got a call back from them.but they seem like a good place

The owner of this company will not keep p his trucks not one truck will pass dot inspection I refused to take a load to North Dakota in a truck with no heat and he wrote me a hot check for my pay
