I got loaded way before my appointment time & that's always a good thing. They have very nice, friendly and helpful employees. The lady in shipping was extremely nice & helpful to me. Backing your tractor trailer can get a little tricky, cause there is no much room in front of you to maneuver that tight area where the docks are located, but it can be done. So far everything went very smooth. Oklahoma Refrigerated Services (ORS) is a great place & it has great people working there as well.

This is a cold storage place. They unloaded my truck and got me back on the road really fast. Everybody was very friendly.

Receiving start at 7am, easy to find..... empty in one hour.

30 minutes max unload.
