U-Haul of Del City

Went to another location who's machine was down. They called ahead and told this guy I was coming. I managed to fight traffic and get there 10min late. The guy refused to serve me, even though he had promised to wait. I have to sleep in the cold with my baby tonight. It's a low of 35 degrees.nThis is the SECOND time they have done this. Last time they told me they were just covering the store and the key to get into the propane hadn't been left so they couldn't access it.

I called in advance and they told me it would be 45 to get a car dolly... I get there and talked to the same lady and all a sudden it was 100 then she told us 60 and now it's 75... If someone ask how much all together they don't tell you the whole price no they up the value Everytime u turn around

Super helpful and had exactly what I needed. I was very pleased to see them help hook up the trailer and make sure it was connected correctly and that all lights work. Great sale on bundled boxes as well!

The ladies who work there are wonderful, always welcoming, helping, and very nice customers skills, that's what more places need.

I made a reservation over a week early for a 6pm pick up called the morning of to confirm and was told everything is great. I even Stopped by the this location to get boxes, and confirmed my reservation again around 3pm at 6pm no truck, at 650pm they call me and tell me that the truck is in another city, and I'll have to go get it but the location closes at 7pm, not to mention all the miles from that city back to where I live would be added to my check. EVERYTIME I've made a reservation with uhaul they've screwed me over this is third time I've had to use them each time the locations never had the truck that was promised and I've had to go to a different location and get something way smaller than I needed and make several trips.
