Clayton and Charles just delivered our new desk and it was a great experience. They were very careful in bringing the desk in the house and took their time to make sure everything was correct. Thank you guys for outstanding service!

Thanks for the hello but that's as far as customer relations went. Walked the floor and found every piece to be priced at a premium. Unbelievable high prices for old and new.

If I could give a 0 review I would. I spent a lot of money in the past with Stow's. I had issues with a chair that was damaged when they dropped it off. They delivered the chair and left. They didn't even give us enough time to look at the chairs before they left. I have called them several times to get a replacement for the chair, but they wanted to act like I was doing something wrong. I told them I have 4 chairs that are just like it that they delivered, and I only have issues with one. They never would get me a replacement chair, so I told them to give me a refund for the damaged chair, and come pick it up from the office. They still have yet to come get the chair or refund the money for the chair, and I got the chair about 3 weeks ago.

We have always been a long time supporting local businesses and have shopped at stows office furniture we went in today to buy some more filing cabinets, tables and office chairs for our growing business and the salesman told us we have to wear a mask to shop in the showroom well my wife has a condition that does not allow her to wear one the salesman said he was told if you can’t wear a mask they will not accept your business. We will no longer be shopping at stows.

With now working from home I was in need of a desk chair. George and Amy worked to keep me with something comfortable and in my budget. Best office shopping experience. Thank you both for working with customers to make the work from home even more cozy.
