We have used Auto-Chlor for well over a year now and have always had good luck with their customer service as well as quick response to needs at our facility. We had a state review and they were able to work us in to get everything set up prior to our review in a very timely manner. I appreciate the response time when I call for assistance! Bonnie in accounts receivable is wonderful to work with and very patient! I appreciate her willingness to work with me on payment. Great company--they seem to really care about providing good customer service and keep us sufficiently supplied with product. I would highly recommend!
We have used auto-Chlor for years at the business I manage. Their customer service is top notch. Anytime we have any issues or need anything they come right out we never are left waiting on them or wondering if they will show. Every employee that has come to help us is very knowledgeable and gets right to work.
