I recently purchased a nice washer and dryer set here. I don't live near OKC so I hauled the set home after they carefully loaded for me. The washer didn't work in my newly purchased home. I called Daryl and he was able to diagnose the problem over the phone in about 20 minutes. My husband then stopped by the store after hours and Daryl showed him how to remedy the issue so I didn't have to hire a plumber. (Our drain pipe was too low) I've had my set for about a month now. I'm just so happy that I discovered this place. I've saved money by purchasing used.nThank you Daryl and Co for providing such dedication and kindness that is really missing these days almost everywhere we go. I will definitely return and I refer anyone here that is need of appliances.

While away on business, my wife contacted me about a problem with our old washer. I was able to call Daryl and share my situation. He was able to deliver a nice replacement washer and ensured it worked properly, all while I was away. My wife was pleased at his diligence to make sure the washing machine worked well. Good job, guys!

I bought a stove and it didn't work when I got home. Daryl asked me to bring it back and he checked out and it was working. Turned out to be a wiring problem at my home. He was very nice and helpful. He definitely takes a lot of pride in his work.

Absolutely great service! I have bought a washer from them about 6 months ago and after this last terrible storm it just started acting weird and running cold water through constantly and the hot wouldn't come through at all. My husband went into store yesterday and explained and they had someone at my house first thing this morning (today)! I couldn't believe the fast and friendly service! All fixed! I would highly recommend!

Honest and affordable. We bought a used washer/dryer set(not matching, not a problem for us) here for the 6 years ago. Great service delivery and they haul away the old one. We have had the dryer serviced once minor issues with just the lent trap. Daryl came out 20 minutes done! Well this year we had he come out to service a fridge we hadn’t bought from him and again he knew exactly what was wrong he got the part and that was a relief!! Saved us big money!!
