This was the best phone buying experience I've ever had. My husband and I went in to get two moto g stylus' to a different location and they tried to charge us DOUBLE what this store charged us today for the same phones and same plans. Location matters and this is definitely my number one choice for Metro by T-mobile franchise locations. The woman with blond hair working this morning (I'm horrible with names) was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely be recommending this store to others!

STAY FAR AWAY.nnthis is by far the worst mobile carrier I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.nnPoor service..even worse coverage.nCustomer service is nearly impossible to deal with.nnExtremely unhelpful.nnAn affordable price means absolutely nothing if the service is all but nonexistent.nnIf you want sarcastic responses and excuses go ahead and try it.....

Went in to get a upgrade got my bill cheaper. They said they only way it can be changed is to come in. Wish I would have know before now!
