I came all the way from midwest city two purchase two new phones with cases and screen protectors. Had plans to spend 400+dollars at this location. Until I arrive 15 mins from house only to Not be greeted by the lady named Adalis who was working. We waited 35 minutes still with no help , as Adalis greeted a couple who came in long after me addressed them saying she'd be with them momentarily. Needless to say my wife and I left after getting her name went 3 minutes up the street and got great custmers service while spending my 400+ dollars.
Great customer service and the store is very well sanitized.
I had an overall great experience here! The lady who helped me out was very kind and explained everything that I needed to know about my new service.
Worst customer service and they are thiefs at this location
