Very warm and friendly staff. Always a major plus for me. It seemed like they would've given me the moon.nThe only down side is the PS4 that was supposed to be there wasn't. Can't blame them for that. And when my coffee maker goes kaput I'll be back.

The salesmen here are so aggressive, we decided to buy the exact same soundbar at Sam's Club, after being told the one we wanted and saved for wasn't good enough, in an attempt to up sell us to a more impressive sound system. When I tried to show my husband the computer I want, the salesman wouldn't stop talking to us so we could look and even repeatedly stuck his phone in my face to show me the online sales. I'd already looked at prices and specs and knew I wanted to buy THIS computer. I just wanted to show my husband! I'll be ordering online, straight from the manufacturer after this experience.nnUpdate: I purchased a DVD that was obviously glitching, through some kind of technical error. I just wanted to exchange it for the same item and the salesmen did everything they possibly could to get out of honoring their merchandise. Ultimately, I had to repurchase it and pay shipping, which was the only reason I even bought it from Best Buy, to avoid shipping. I have literally never had a good experience at this store. They'd better hope that seniors who have no idea they're being ripped off don't catch on or they'll lose all of their customers.

Sales clerk. This fella, young fella, tugged back-and-forth by staff trying to get his attention. This guy, he stayed on point. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions, gave me what I needed. Lastly, seen me out the store, all the while people were still on that headset of his trying to take him away from me. He wasn’t having it! I loved it. I hadn’t seen that in a while, impressive.

Got a great deal on a microwave after ours had died. Very happy with the new one. Picked it up when they said it would be in and installed it that night. No problems. Good service.
