This place is a joke.. I signed up for an appliance, was told the payment and length of contract;12 mos... never was I told that I had to do EZ pay, but I went ahead and agreed at delivery because I needed the appliance. They started taking the payment on the 14th of the month, then the next month on the 10th and the next on the 7th; til finally they took two payments in one month. Train your people to explain and disclose all the process of renting from your company. This is deceptive to the customer. Also when you say you are going to charge the payment on a certain day; DO THAT... not the day before or week before. And surely not two payments in one month time.nWhen I called about this I was told that no one that worked at the store when I started my contract is there any longer. NO MY ISSUE!!!!!!!nMake sure what you are agreeing to when dealing with Aaron's. I would suggest using a payment form that limits the amount of payments that they can just take when they feel like it. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE AARON'S

I would give a negative star rating if possible. I bought a fridge two months ago and when it got delivered i realized the seal on the freezer was messed up. It took them TWO months to get this seal fixed. However, when they finally sent someone out they didnt fix it but made it worse. I lost all the food in my freezer and when i called to tell them i was returning the fridge and what happened the manager i spoke to was inconsiderate and just wanted to get me off the phone. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!! Specifically this mwc location.
