The day after I bought the revvel 4, I noticed it was having issues unlocking it. Get it unlocked then it would black out and lock back up and take a few more seconds to unlock it again. It constantly freezes up and closes out of what you're doing.nI'm a busy person, I brought this phone back wanting a refund. (with the case it was a little over 130 for me.) It was day 13, I gave it a chance to live up to expectations. This Metro pcs refused to refund the money so I could purchase a better device. They started out saying they only did returns up to 7 days after purchase. I showed them the website that clearly states I have 14 days. They then told me they do not EVER refund upgrades. They were extremely rude and did not help me in any way. She immediately had an attitude about it and was very confrontational.nnI'm still stuck with this phone and about to eat the cost of it to buy another. Good luck all.

Will update when I get her correct name. I usually don’t use this the Reno location (7035 E Reno, Midwest City, OK) but it was the closest to where I was going. This manager, who’s customer service skills are beyond deplorable was very unprofessional on June 8, 2020. Was not sure if they were open as the open sign was not on and it looked desolate. Kindly walked in, seemingly in a rush, and forget my mask in the car. Expectedly, before I could even walk in she rudely tells me, “you can’t come in here without a mask and need to leave.”nI jokingly with no intense sounds stated, “ah this gets on my nerves and laughed,” and walked to my car to retrieve my face mask.nAs I come back, WITH THE MASK ON, she rudely said that I can go to another store since “she” gets on my nerves, which wasn’t the case. I was just in a rush...nShe started a small vocal altercation before I decided it’s time to go. Told her to have a great day after she said she hopes I have a terrible day. I understand each day is their own however for a manager to tell a customer, have a terrible day. You don’t need to be in customer service or feel entitled to let me know you’re the manager when I asked for your name.

This wonderful guy I will call him Al yesterday went out of his way . To make a little old lady day . My almost 80 yr old Mom got a great phone and a plan. Best all people this guy and Store Loves their Customers ud83cudfc5 Thank you so much Al.
