Jamie work with me from the time I entered the store, she made me feel like a million dollars. She is deserving of a Big bonus or reward of her choice within the budget. She is keeper!!!

This location has a wonderful manager that seems to really care about her customers. I have been in there when very rude customers would come in with the complaint and by the time they leave they are laughing and thinking the manager for taking care of their problem. I travel 40 miles just to be able to use this location when I pay my bill I will give it 10 Stars as a rating if I could

this Metro location is by FAR one of the best around! Aleaha, the store manager, was a tremendous help with E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G.nI will Never visit any other location. 10 stars Aleaha! You are the bomb.com

Andrea the Manager and Aleaha her assistant were extremely friendly and professional!! They helped me get a tablet for my son and had me in and out in 20 minutes. One thing I will note is that THEY MADE IT PERSONAL!! They actually tried to get to know me instead of just fast fooding me through the process!! Super chill vibes right here folks!! I would Highly Recommend Metro by T-Mobile to all of my family and friends!! Customer Service was definitely A++ and I will definitely be back :)
