Ordered a computer for Ma, the keyboard and dvd/rw wasn't working. I emailed support on Sunday, got a reply Monday morning. A new keyboard and dvd/rw drive are on the way. You can't ask for a speedier reply! Obviously their customers come first, awesome!

I have to correct my review - initially I was upset that I was not getting feedback instantly.nThey called me 1st thing today (Monday morning) and were very patient and helpful in getting my monitors and computer set up!!nThank you!!

Purchased a refurbished computer from them. So far so good !nThey also sent me a mouse, keyboard, power cord & instructions on set-up.nDefinitely recommend JSM Computers.
