More like scam a center. Had a death in our family the on Thanksgiving day! Also there a pandemic going on. You would think they would be more willing to work with people if they can't make there payment on time. I've been paying off a nintendo switch since last year at Christmas time. I've now paid over 1200 for a switch tht cost 700. Customer service is horrible there no understand at all to help out there clients when it comes to late payments. I pay 120 dollars a month faithfully an on time u think the one time i can't make a payment due to a death in the family they would understand but no they don't care an I hope they go out of business. I pray my review reaches the higher up so they can deal with Del City rent a center
So disappointed... whatever you do don't ever do auto pay...asked if I was no longer enrolled,.good thing I checked because I stopped auto pay myselfud83dude20... especially if your item is paid off just to get charged plus $5 late fee (good luck on a refund). Now my account says I still owe! Won't get another dime from me. First and last time doing rent to own..too bad no zero star option. Will make my complaint with BBB.
