I've had nothing but good experience with Metro by T-Mobile their customer service is outstanding the service on the devices is fantastic I never have a problem I currently have three phones and two tablets they take good care of me I highly recommend them

Horrible customer service and because the manager seems to never be there I asked for the big supervisor number pretty much told me no so than I called the other store on 44th and asked again if they could give number to a big boss and b4 I knew it she supposedly the manager for 29th store than she's yelling at me and being extremely rude and when I go back to say something about everything going on and she yelled at me more and hung up on me. I've been ran around since Friday and I'm tired of it. So does anyone in here know a name or number or email to a big boss since employees and managers refuse to give it to me..
Great place, clean and the person working there was so nice. She was very helpfull.
Poor service. was sold a device and told i could return it. Call was told 2 come the next day then another woman told me have 2 b the same day. Well i called was told 2 come the next day. Ok. In the receipt it clearly say any device can b returned in 14days. I was told i cant return it. Manager if ur reading now when is a good time 2 reach u.
