Unprofessional Garbage! RUN!nnI've been a customer for two years but last week was the first time I visited this poor excuse for a Metro store. I bought a $400 phone exactly one week ago that started to have display issues. I go back to request an identical exchange and they refuse. They state that phone upgrades are sold as is and that I need to make an insurance claim. First off I did not request to have phone insurance added to my plan. Secondly this is a brand new $400 phone that I paid cash for and I'm supposed to be okay with paying a $200 deductable for them to give me a refurbished phone!? BS! I call customer service and they say that's completely false and that they should exchange the phone with no issue. Completely asinine! These thieves need to be shut down and they're trying to screw with the wrong damn person.

Very happy with the service and cleanest store I've been too around here in midwest city and friendliest people here will recommend to friends.

The ladies at this location ( Melany & Susana ) we're very nice and professional. They put up with my questions, and got my boyfriend and I all set up! Got my service back on, and added a new phone for him. Quick and painless! Loved that everyone was wearing masks, and the place was clean!nnThank you so much!
