Found a good buy on a bedroom set. Customer service was excellent. Price was good.
They have a lot of amazing furniture. We will have to go back when we have more time. Quick and friendly staff.
Today I went to 3 Westco furniture stores trying to buy furniture for a new lake house. The Grove store had most of what I needed. The second store had a few more items. Went to Vinita for the last item on my list. I was hoping to get it all delivered at once. The girl in the store was a lost cause. I asked to use the rest room. she said no. Cuz covid. She was not wearing a mask. they had no hand sanitizer out. Obviously Cuz covid was just an excuse. This chain of furniture stores has no idea about taking care of customers. Pretty certain follow up service on sales would be no better. I left with out my $9216. in furniture. I doubt this company will make it through the pandemic.

Westco in Vinita Oklahoma is amazing! Before we made our purchase there we had been to the store 2 or 3 other times to look at furniture, the employees were always friendly and professional. They never pressured us while we looked around they offered their help and more information if we had questions. With all that being said when we needed a new washer and dryer Westco was the first place for us to go, when we got there Kevin greeted us and asked what we was looking for we told him he showed us what they had then gave us time to discuss and make our choice. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and helpful in our search for our new appliances. If you need furniture or appliances I would highly recommend Westco. Chuck is the man who delivered the washer and dryer, he was very friendly, professional, and efficient. Chuck and Kevin are both the type of people you want to interact with at a place of buisness! Make sure to check out Westco for your next furniture or appliance purchase!!
