Employees were nice and helpful. Spacious and clean. Need to be clearer on website what is not in stores. Employees couldn't help distinguishing it either.
Drove 30 min to get items listed as in stock. They weren't on the shelves. Had to ask 5 different employees about the items because each one said they could help then walked away and never came back. The final employee told us to go out back and the stock yard person could help us. Got out there and came across 3 different employees that offered no help. Located the items ourselves. 10ft pipes. Employees watched us getting them with an offer of help but could sit there and yell and cuss to each other about the demands of their jobs. The people running the registers should get a raise since they are apparently the only ones actually working. Next time I'll drive an hour to menards.
They have lots of choices of what to buy. Great place to purchase home improvement items as long as you know exactly what you want. Customer support seems to be non-existent. I waited over 10 minutes to get an employee to the paint booth. It was a long enough wait that a general contractor shipping there came by twice and did help me select a good paint for my project, still had to wait to get color mixed.
The best Lowe's too visit and buy from. They may not be the biggest but the managers Brad and Micah make you feel like family. We are greeted by name from employees. We have limited income and we are constantly finding good buys at this store.
Very few employees some working multiple areas of the floor. I waited 15mins to get someone over to the paint desk. I wasn't in a rush but I didn't want to spend all day waiting for someone...nThis has happened a few times in the last month. On the other hand the cashier we always get is very nice.
