Excellent customer service. Like always most places try to sell the upper end products. But, this store knows what with the pandemic is having on the customers. The store manager has very good excellent customers skills. Keep up the good job.

Easy to send with UPS

This staples store is THE best. From easy to maneuver phone tree to employees who helped me find the best products for ME ~ they were not trying to make a sale, they helped me make an informed decision on getting a home office up and running. They also took care of recycling old products. And as if that wasn't enough, I decided not to ship a VERY large box and Joel brought it back to me (I'm old and don't drive.).nJoel gets ⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤ and my thanks. Will happily continue to do business with this Staples!

Ok Staples is a great store but I am now having problems with the Energel Pentel Pens. They leak in my shirt pockets, and have short lifespan. They did not used to do this!! I think they used to be made in Japan but now in Mexico. That could be the problem!!!
