I could kick myself for not remembering the massage therapist's name!!! I have hesitated about doing this review because you can't give 0 stars. Anyway, the girl at the front desk is the only reason this review is being written. She was very kind after a very poor service. I got to ME about 10 minutes early to check in. I was greeted warmly and all was well. I was ushered back to a room where I was told to undress to my comfort level and to lie down on the table. So far, so good. The massage therapist came in and said nothing. She started my service without asking me anything about where I was having pain or tension. Silence for the next 30 minutes. She told me to turn over---done. Completed the rest of my massage in total silence. Never asked how the pressure was or anything else. Ok, here is where they lost me... she says NOTHING and leaves the room. I'm still lying there thinking maybe she went to get me some water or something. She never came back. Never told me my appointment was over or anything. I've had numerous massages over the years and this was far and away the worst. Even if she would've spoken, the massage itself was terrible. My husband got me a $250 gift card for Christmas and I honestly don't want it. There are good massage therapists in WF.

Super excited to get a massage and get a call the night before at 7:55 person wasn’t going to be able to make it in with no explanation and the next available appointment is over 2 weeks away! Whatever... not worth it!

This place is awesome !!! my boyfriend goes here and he says its such a good atmosphere. The front desk staff is amazing. They always do there best. They make him feel at ease when he goes. He hasnt had a bad therapist yet !! its really clean too.
