I have bought several things from Aaron’s, paid off several things, they will take money from your checking account unapproved, and then charge you a late fee on your last payment due to the mistake they made, please do not make the mistake that I did with dealing with them

This place has zero amount of customer courtesy. Several times they have taken money out of my account unauthorized and had to refund it back. They do not keep their word or schedule payments like they should and apparently none of the workers including the general manager knows how to work the automated payment system. Getting a straight answer from someone who works here is like pulling teeth. I guess they don't know anything or just make up things as they go. Do not waste your money or patience with this business.

Really surprised that Aaron's has any business at all! They wouldn't do anything for me! I am a short term lessor so I drove over to Weatherford and BOOM, RAC filled the bill, again!!!
