Great location. Easy to get to, fairly easy access if you have a truck or SUV. Good price for a good sized outdoor unit. Website is an absolute joke. Only way to pay monthly is by calling on the phone or going to main office. The majority of people use online to pay bills, and you cannot do this with their online billing service.
Nice storage facility. Real friendly staff. It was nice the had boxes and other packing supplies to buy onsite. Made moving in much easier.
Make sure that you have the correct amount of what you owed.
Great customer service and clean, safe, and secure storage unit. Super easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
No one wearing a mask, including employee. It is a NC State mandate. Not a safe place during covid.
