The best moving company that I have every had! I have requested that they also move me to my new home as well. The services was excellent, the movers were professional and fun to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate my every need, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to move my most valuable items! Use this moving company, you won't regret it! Oh, and the Manager of the moving team was as dynamic as the team itself. I will certainly use Smart Move, LLC for all/any of my future moving needs!!
Both movers were fantastic. They were communicative about timing, came prepared, and moved an *obscenely* heavy item upstairs quickly and efficiently. Additionally, the company itself provided the most competitive pricing of any of the 5 groups I received quotes from, with no add-ons or hidden fees. I would absolutely use these movers again in the future and recommend their services to others.
Smart Move was incredible. I promised my wife we would never have to load and unload a truck again and with Smart Move we will never have to. They arrived at our old home and we explained how we had packed and what needed to go in the truck and they immediately got to work. They ran over my two hour block by just a little bit but didn’t charge me which I thought was exceptionally nice! Then in our new house they finished early and asked me if there was anything they could help us put together or move or clean! I mean it was just all around excellent service! If you’re moving in the Asheville or Raleigh-Durham area then Smart Move is the way to go! Couldn’t ask for better service!nnAs a friendly reminder: ALWAYS TIP YOUR MOVERS AND TIP THEM WELL!
Relocated long distance, had a lot of ‘stuff’ that I couldnt leave behind. I have used Smart Moves twice so far in this move & one more Pod container to go. The teams that came to unload were down to earth, friendly, super hardworking people asking what goes where, can they help with anything else, etc. There was no fooling around, they got right down to business.nKaitlyn is definitely a valuable asset to this company!! In fact, I requested her assistance for the last Pod that will be here in a couple of weeks!nAnna & Tiffany, in the office, were very understanding & helpful when I called with questions. These ladies love their job of helping people, it shows in all they do!!nYou guys are all just awesome!!!
Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of having Smart Move come in to handle my move to our new home. As a Veteran that has been moved many times by Army movers I have to say this by far was the least stressful. My movers, Deonte and Eric, were the absolute best!! They were polite and professional! Their extreme care of my household items was extremely appreciated. They asked questions before the move and then they moved swiftly but careful to fill the truck. At the new house they showed the same swift efficiency. I absolutely will use them again and will recommend them to friends and family that are moving. Thank you Smart Move for taking the entire stress out of this move!!
