If I had a lot of money, you had best keep me away from Lowes. There is always something I would love to buy. The downside is there is very little help available to us women who need help with larger or heavier items like lumber or cement. I could go and stand in line and ask for help. Then go wait and see how long it takes to get help. I do not always have time to wait that long.I think if an employee sees someone struggle to pick up something, they need to offer to help instead of just walking by.

The lady's were beautiful and sexy. And the customer service very good good clean store. Disinfect behind all the customers don't have to wait too long and they're always in a good mood give the store 10 out of 10

This is specific to kitchen and bath. I have renovated a number of house but nothing in Wilson area. In need of new countertops I figured why not see what Lowe’s can do. They charge for an estimate which they must come measure. The process of getting someone out is atrocious. I got called multiple times by a person who leaves a voicemail for a phone number that doesn’t get answered. I’ve left multiple messages and had multiple messages left for me. Finally got to connect only to be asked a bunch of questions to which the sales person didn’t know the answers and while expressing my frustration over communication and asking who is my point man or woman, who can I contact about this process was given more vague answers and a main business line. In short. Horrible service and they charge $100 up front for this. Additionally as I understand it it’s not like They do not give you the measurements which you are paying for either because they are worried you will shop them. Well duh... with service like this you had better.nI spend a ridiculous amount with Lowe’s but this is business they lost. In short... DO NOT buy granite or countertops through Lowe’s.

Walked around this store for 30 min and couldn't find anything I was looking for. I asked an employee and he said they cant find anything either. Time would have been better spent riding to Home Depot. The locations they show online are not anywhere close to right.

I absolutely love this Lowe's! I've been shopping here ever since the doors opened! From bird houses to spray paint, I can usually find it at here. Adequate parking, well stocked store, and courteous sales associates make this Lowe's one of my go-to home improvement stores.
