After shopping around for a mattress last year, I went to Mattress Firm, I was greeted with a genuine smile as soon as I walked in. Instead of them “selling” me a mattress, they actually listened to what my needs and wants were.. they helped me find the mattress I wanted.. not what they wanted to sell me. I told them my budget and to my surprise, I actually got a much better deal than I’d expected. So.. today I needed a mattress for my son.. without hesitation I went back to Mattress Firm, where I received the same outstanding customer service.. and a great deal on a great mattress! I wouldn’t consider purchasing from anywhere else!
My experience with the Mattress Firm on Raleigh Rd. p'kway in Wilson N. C. was without a doubt the most nicest and completely satisfying experience ever. The salesman is so courteous and caring. He sold me a mattress that was so much better than what I had in mind. I went in the store skeptical and left the store smiling. The merchandise is excellent and the prices are very affordable. I was assisted by Lee, who was extremely friendly and informative. He heard out all our needs and budgets and gave us the best match possible. I appreciate the time and care he took to assist me and my friend.
Our sales associate was awesome in the store. Our mattress will be delivered soon and hopefully the experience with that will be just as good.
