I spent many holidays at Crestwood Inn when I lived in North Carolina. The views from the dining room are breathtaking, and the rooms are warm and cozy. Excellent food and a beautiful indoor pool. I've missed going ever since I moved back to NY!
This place was a diamond in the rough. Gorgeous views, amazing and friendly staff. Cost for the hotel and amenities wasn't crazy expensive at all. In the morning, we asked the front desk for breakfast, and expected something small. However, we were given a bag for each person in our party that included a wide variety of items. Prices for their restaurant were high enough we chose to eat elsewhere, but otherwise I definitely want to visit again.
Don’t often let review, even less when I’m happy. But this place was exactly what we needed for the Holidays. Location and facilities were really great. Our studio was comfortable. Highly recommend the place for the price we paid. Just wish we had more snow.
At first very responsive and helpful, said I needed a month to see and talk to my fiancé before setting up any dates to tour the location for our wedding and she said we could touch base in April when it’s closer to the date we’d be available for a tour, it’s been a week and nothing so I sent a follow up email and still continues to ignore email. Very disappointed with the service, this was my fiancé’s first choice.
Just book directly through the Inn and NOT any online travel sites. Cost us $50 more through hotels.com!!! This place is beautiful and we will return but just NOT on weekends when there's a wedding. It was incredibly loud with music till 11 o'clock. Restaurant was really nice atmosphere and views. 5 stars.
