It went very well! I had a guy help me named Brandon Bretsnyder who was super helpful, and pretty much made everything so easy. He listened to everything I asked for, was incredibly friendly and personable and helped me save $200. Overall it was a really good experience thanks to him :)

Very easy process picking a mattress for my granddaughter. Sales person was virtual and was even able to handle payment through their site without giving out my card number. Definitely will use the Virtual Assistance feature again.
Brandon was exceptional to work with! He was very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way! He asked questions, listened, and only showed us what met our needs and budget. He was also very patient with our toddler as he ran around the store. We would highly recommend this Mattress Firm. Definitely ask for Brandon! We went to 3 local mattress wholesale places and the experience and prices were way better here at Mattress Firm. Save yourself the time and skip the other places.
