My wife and I visited the store on Saturday, January 30, 2021. Our salesperson Mark greeted us as we entered the store. We didn't come to the mall to purchase a mattress, but we did need a new one. Mark was attentive. He gave us all the information that we asked for and gave us information that we did not, but was much needed.nnI had researched a few competitors since we were in the market. He introduced us to some products that we did not know existed and explained them thoroughly. We had other shopping to do, so we told him we would return so we could think about all the information he had given us.nnWe returned and made the purchase of an adjustable King sized bed. Thanks to Mark and his help, my wife and I were able to make an informed decision. We look forward to delivery. I would recommend this store to anyone that knows me. Mark is a great sales person.

Rebecca was extremely intelligent and took out the stress of buying a mattress. She new everything there was to know about every mattress and base she showed me and made it easy for me to make a decision without pressuring me at all. My mattress is getting delivered in a few days and I could not be more excited! Went with a Nectar Lush and a Serta adjustable base :)

Excellent low-key service. The queen-size adjustable bed I purchased is just perfect for my condo up on Beech Mountain and it will help me recover from a surgery scheduled for later this week as I can elevate both either the head or the foot of the bed. The delivery people were on time yesterday and they were very kind and helpful and got the job done very quickly in terms of assembling the bed.
