I adore this restaurant. The employees are always so helpful and so prompt with service. I also love the food. The one time I was unhappy with it, the manager assisted straightaway and helped make my experience an amazing one again.

I have celiac, we went up to the cashier and asked what the gluten free options were because we didn’t have set to look it up. her response was “sorry we don’t have any” Then processed to take other peoples orders when it was our turn. Once we finished our order they told us we were at maximum amount of people. Why didn’t you tell us that when we started out order ? She told us we would have to find a place to eat somewhere else or in our car. If you would like somewhere for people to be very rude and disrespectful to you i recommend going here.

Pretty good food! Nothing too different from other Panera Bread's. Good service, though there are often a lot of people so I haven't actually sat down and ate there. I like to go to Bath and Body works in the mall and then grab some food when I want to get out of the house.

I came in at 8:42 PM, 18 minutes before closing. They were out of absolutely everything. Bagels, pastries, any barista-made drinks, bread, soda, and so much more. In my opinion, in an effort to close down the restaurant faster, they begin to throw things out well before closing. An easy solution to this would be changing the hours to close 30 minutes earlier, so customers could still be satisfied and walk into a Panera Bread and know that they could get their favorite order. I was not able to get anything that I usually wanted. The two cashiers up front were extremely nice and friendly, but the people in the kitchen absolutely ruined the experience. With every item that popped onto their screens, they complained loudly and obnoxiously, making me feel like a burden rather than a customer. Nobody made any effort to stop the complaining whatsoever. In short, the customer experience was absolutely terrible, and the food was simply okay. Will probably only come here for breakfast when they have more items in the restaurant lol
