This place is awesome!!! They really care about their customers and give the highest quality of service. The place is clean and very professional. Even with the cloud of COVID I felt very safe here. They take all the necessary precautions.nnI had laser hair removal services here and got great results. The treatments were pain free quick and easy. Their prices are great and totally worth. I highly recommend Gigi Aesthetics!

Had laser hair removal done here. It was a while back but it worked well. I almost never have to shave now. It works best on areas where the skin is very pale, but hair is very dark (ie. Underarms and Brazilian/bikini area). Their customer service was also very good and I would recommend it to any friends wanting laser hair removal.

Gig's is AMAZING. I have been nothing but satisfied with the outcome of service and the staff at Gigi's.nI started going to Gigi's approximately a year ago and the results have been phenomenal. Just so you know, Gigi tries to provide the best service possible and one way she does that is by having the most updated equipment. I can vouch for this because the staff and I have talked about it.nThe staff are wonderful! I only have good things to say about them. If you are worried about having time, no need to worry. When I arrive for my hair removal service, I am out within 10 minutes. I do it on my lunch break normally!nI definitely recommend Gigi's!

They are very bad...service is so bad the laser is not working and they are very expensive i took package for laser hair removal for 1500$ for 8 sessions and i did 3 sessions and i paid 1000$ so i did not feel any difference and i am not satisfied so i called them i told them that i am not satisfied from the service and i want my money back they said no and the session for 399 so they want more money from me which is not make any sense and i made complaint on them at the BBB and the customer service very bad too they treat the customers very bad..i did not recommended them for any body it waste for money and time

In a word, Gigi's is AWESOME. Everyone's experience with the effectiveness of laser hair removal is different, but that is not a reflection of the staff. I encourage everyone to do thorough research, ask questions, and keep expectations realistic. All of their staff are personable, professional and kind. I regularly commuted almost an hour for more than a year for my laser treatments and I'd do it all over again if I decided to get more laser hair treatments. They upgraded lasers twice during my treatments (a commitment to the customer and to their business) -- I got to experience the newest laser on my last treatment and it was completely painless. I was blown away. Completely and whole heartedly recommend Gigi's to anyone considering laser hair removal!!
