Visiting from out-of-town, second massage courtesy of my girlfriend. Schedule did not allow a couples massage, so we were separated. She started on time, mine was a few minutes late without any offer of staff explanation. When I inquired, the staff was somewhat aloof and unsmiling. The therapist mispronounced my name when she showed, but seemed quite pleasant. Although she asked my focus areas, it seemed they were no more attended to than a typical massage.nThe pressure was wonderfully firm but rushed and had a most uncomfortable pinching quality. Her fingernails scratched my skin throughout the session and she pursued a discussion through most of our time. During the massage, she would lay part of her upper torso upon part of my body attempting to extend her reach. She was a lady with some girth, which made this massage less relaxing than it could have been.nThe therapist seemed a kind soul with a good heart and I hope this review reflects on the salon rather than the masseuse. This is a leadership issue for management to address.

Oh my goodness yall! This is such an amazing place. My grandmother paid for my massage for helping her during a rough time. I had Chris as my masseuse and he was awesome. He was patient with explaining what would be best for me and asking what I wanted out of the massage. He also took the time to work on areas that were hard and needed extra attention. I had a wonderful experience and plan to book again with Chris asap. Do your self a favor and go treat your self!

I highly recommend Hand and Stone to anyone who wants a wonderful experience. I went in with a lot of pain and came out feeling great. Danielle knew exactly what I needed and explained the entire process in a very professional knowledgeable way. The next days ahead I only improved from all the pain I was in. The facility is clean and relaxing. Am looking forward to my next visit.

AMAZING ALL ACROSS-THE-BOARD! I did a first time message with Chris and it was wonderful with hot stones. I also did a facial with miss Nuvia and it was Wonderful. I even set up my membership all set up! It was Great and wonderful!

Had an amazing experience here. The front desk staff was friendly. The therapist randomly assigned to me was Ben and he was truly phenomenal. I don’t live locally, but if so, I’d surely come back often.
