I’ve only had massages at LifeSpa so I can’t comment on any of their other services... but the massage is always GREAT. I go to Levell and he always does a great job. A great massage with the right amount of pressure. I’ve been his customer for probably about a year now. Can’t wait for my next one.. ud83dudcaf
On Friday, October 18, I booked an appointment at Life Spa for the first time by phone for a massage for Saturday, October 19 at 1:45 p.m. to help relieve back pain. As a new customer, I arrived on time for the appointment and, after completing paperwork, was told there was a mix up and someone else had been booked at the same time and that person would get the appointment. Although I was offered a complimentary massage for 6:00 p.m. that evening, that was not convenient for me as both my wife and I had already planned our Saturday around this appointment. Not sure what type of system is used for booking, but this needs improvement.
