What’s the point of making a reservation for work if the manager will not staff appropriately to perform the work at the scheduled time? Tried to call the manager to resolve but he refuses to return calls from customers.
Even though they were busy, the service was good and prices were great. Rodnai was top notch, really nice, and very helpful. Give her a raise:)
I ordered a hitch and scheduled installation online. There were shipping delays and issues getting the order sorted out, but the manager went above and beyond to correct the issue. She was able to source the part locally (shipping would've taken 2-4 weeks otherwise) from another Uhaul shop and get the hitch installed on the day I originally scheduled. Thank you for a great experience!
Awesome customer service! Manager is very courteous and understanding! 5 star service.
They were okay. We were moving from Raleigh to Wendell, total for the rental truck was about $500, so really expensive in my opinion . Staff looked like they didn’t wanna be there but did their job. Truck was in good condition and spacious.
