Great customer service! Employee (GARY) was extremely helpful and kind. I had an issue with my lock on my unit and GARY was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff at Life Storage are most pleasant and helpful especially Carol in the office!!nnThe storage units are safe and in a good neighborhood close to major highways.nA clean facilities, long access hours and ease of access, exactly what I was looking for.nnI found this business online. Their website states that they have a free truck for rental. They even show pictures of their “truck” on their website. However, what they DON’T tell you is that they DO NOT have a truck, but a van! If you want to use their van, you have to drive up to their wake forest location - about ten miles away.! Plus you get charged .89cents a mile. Transparency is NOT happening with this storage facility! Beware!!!!
Carol , the store manager is awesome person. She make the rent so easy to me.nnThe next day of my lease I went to upload something and I found out I forgot my keys.nnShe helped me to cut the lock and save me bourse drink back and forth.nnShe amazing I recommend that place.
I have only been with Life Storage for a few months but the process was straightforward and painless. I had called several places before settling on LS and was having a hard time just getting clear, simple answers. I met with Carol in the office and I found her to be helpful and personable. Thank you for everything!!!
