My experience at La z boy was one I can only call refreshing. You see I had been looking at several furniture stores for a recliner. My shopping trips were ones of dissatisfaction with customer service. I am the type of person if you do not acknowledge me then I definitely will not give you my business. This was not the case when I walked into La z boy off Falls of Neuse . The sales person, Orpheus, greeted me at the door and asked how he could assist me. I was so stunned. He proceeded to inform me of what he had to offer. Orpheus spent time with me and had an in-depth knowledge of what each chair could offer me. I was so amazed at his knowledge. Needless to say, I walked out of the store very pleased. I had received a great chair at a fabulous price, but even more importantly, received excellent customer service. I love my recliner! Its so comfortable! Everything is perfect about it. I give it 4 stars and not 5 because they have to come up with a better way of making these chairs. I ordered this chair in August for my birthday. It finally arrived march 3rd.n7 months to get.nYes I will buy again from lazyboy but it will be from what they have in the showroom i stead of ordering one. Its better to drive to different stores to see what they have in inventory rather then waiting 7 months for them to make one the color you want.nnI am happy with my chair.nI will buy again.nI will just go to different stores and pick from there inventory and bring home that day.nnI look forward to my next purchase for my wifes recliner..

Very pleasant experience. I appreciated Kerry allowing me to just enjoy taking my time and finding the right recliner. She was very professional & knowledgeable!

Went to the showroom to check out recliners. Within 5 minutes I spotted a chair I liked. I sat in it and fell in love. Can't wait for delivery. The sales person was very nice and helpful.

Very patient sales person, attentive but not pushy. They did not try to sell the higher priced product but because they were attentive to our long range needs we bought more furniture
