From beginning to end, they did an amazing job! The initial consultation went well. They arrived on time, helped us determine what we were looking for and what we were interested in, took measurements, and then showed us some ideas. We loved the design and decided to go with it. An installation date was set and we were good to go.nnAbout a eek or so before the installation, they checked in again to confirm the date, time, etc. And when the time came, the installers arrived right on time (after calling to let us know that they were on the way. )nnThe installers were VERY professional, friendly, and respectful of the property. They did an absolutely amazing job removing the old closet hardware and installing the new design. They checked with us about anything that they had a question about. We've dealt with several contractors and installers over the past year. I wish that they were all as professional and great as these guys were.nnOverall, we are beyond pleased with the results. From beginning to end the process was painless. In the end, we ended up with a great design that we liked at a great price. Pretty sure that we'll be reaching out to them again in the near future for another project.

Great experience from intro meeting with my designer through install! I had my master closet upgraded from builder-grade wire shelving to a super efficient his/her design with built in laundry hampers. My designer, Kaitlin was super helpful and didn’t rush the design process letting me talk through several ideas and reworking the layout until I was completely satisfied. She was also very responsive to questions after the contract was signed. The install happened as scheduled and the two installers were very professional and efficient. The final outcome exceeded my expectations and I just love it! Would definitely recommend making the investment.

Highly recommend ! From the design through the installation, we had a 1st rate experience with Closets by Design. Shannon did not try and just sell us something, but rather listened to what we wanted, and designed our cabinets accordingly. Her installation team was simply terrific. They paid attention to small details, and left us with 3 new closets that look great, are very functional, and enhance the overall look (and value) of our house. We would definitely use CbD again.

This company did an amazing job of using all of our space in our closets. The designer (Len) worked with us to find out exactly what we wanted/needed and then provided a detailed design for our space. The installers were extremely professional as well. Abraham (the lead installer) explained their process and the team worked efficiently with no mess after they left. I would highly recommend this company.

We installed a custom pantry with Closets by Design. Our designer was great! She kept us informed and made sure we got the best deal we could. It’s an expensive process, but worthwhile. The amount of storage we gained was incredible and our pantry is FINALLY organized!
