I visited this store today with my 85 year old mom who needs a new mattress. Your representative, Kenny G., could not have been more considerate to my mom with her questions and concerns. He has a very good way about him. Several other customers came into the store while we were there and he managed to greet and serve them all. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience and will be purchasing the mattress within the next week or two from Kenny G. The store is a good place to go also if you don’t want to be overwhelmed by choices- they have enough and are very knowledgeable. Great place!
Kenny G was incredible. My little sister and I both needed mattresses for our rooms and I knew which one I wanted. Still he had me try it again and told me all of information I needed in a very understandable manner. He is so about customer service and served as a consultant more than a salesperson. He had great, relatable, and friendly conversations, and seemed to really care, and was extremely knowledgeable. He walked my sister to each mattress and asked her questions to see if he was getting hotter or colder and found something she loved, and she is so picky! He gave us a great rate and really made the experience enjoyable!
Kenny G was absolutely awesome. We felt no pressure whatsoever and he was very knowledgeable in his field. We ended up getting a FANTASTIC mattress at a great price and Kenny helped us feel confident in our choice. 10/10 would *highly* recommend Kenny at this store!
We needed three new mattresses and had looked online before deciding to go to Mattress Firm. Hunter, the manager, waited on us and was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out mattresses that fit our families sleep needs and was within our specific budget.
My children and I rolled in the store In a hurry like a hot mess. The rep handled us extraordinarily well, she was very efficient and knowledgeable. I was able to quickly pick out my daughter’s new mattress & box spring and exit the store with ease. Highly recommend!
