Inventory is very low, I’m assuming Covid.
Not enough employees working when we were there
Love this store. I am always tempted to buy all the new deco items in stock. Great selection. Prices could be better on furniture + wrought iron products. Artwork & canvas prints need better set up .Too cluttered . Getting damaged.
Huge variety of product but most of it is extremely overpriced. There are some affordable items like the rugs but some of their smaller accessories pricing is all out of whack. You can find a giant planter for $84 and find a tiny little vase that's like $50. It's wild, I would shop here way more if they could get a better system worked out for pricing.
I love the store. However, how about greeting your customers and even asking them if they need any help. Everyone that walks into your store is not a thief. You all need to learn Customer Service. I wonder why your store is always hiring..........hmmmm
