I was so pleased to find The Fire House after searching long and hard for Green Egg suppliers. The receptionist was delightful and so helpful, and Randy gave me red carpet treatment with my complex order. He gave me a timeframe on a couple of parts that are back ordered and let me know he would keep me up to date on any changes. Nice. The store is a wonderful place to visit but you will want to buy everything!
I am so grateful for the great selection and competent help in selecting a new fireplace gas log set. I wanted something simple to operate with electronic starting and really attractive for our home. I tried a couple of other places but the selection and design help at Fire House was so much better than anywhere else I tried. I also found Jordan to be a great designer and to help me customize my selections to be just what would work best in our home. I highly recommend their products and services. Thank you.
