Wasn't terribly impressed with what I saw. Basically a Pier 1 imports at lower prices. They did have some shining moments like their Spanish glassware and their ample Easter selection, but as a whole, it was meh. Maybe a fraction better than a Homegoods. Holiday card selection was great, but at a huge premium price
Friendly and knowledgeable staff were able to help me find furniture prices and codes. They brought furniture from storage to the front of the store and helped us load it in my car. I bought a desk and a coffee table. Both were solid wood. Nothing fancy, but sturdy. Both were inexpensive.
Our cashier and Bobbie, who brought out our purchases, were just wonderful!
Please get Manager Stephanie some customers service training immediately. The rudeness for general information and inability to assist a customer was at a all time low.
It was a great experience, just went through at my own pace and enjoyed the variety of merchandise.
