Had a great experience at Ashley yesterday! Jason and Marcus were more than helpful. Gave me a great deal, better than the online prices. It even came with a warranty. Thanks so much. Looking forward to enjoying my new living room pieces.
Went with a friend to look for an accent chair. The salesman that welcomed us was not overbearing or hovered nearby. If we had a question, we asked for him and he came over to us and answered our questions in a friendly and professional way. We did find some accent chairs and will most likely return.
Never ever again! They will be a month late delivering my mattress which I ordered a month and a half ago. I told them I wanted to cancel and I was informed I will be charged a 10% fee!!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I have been waiting 13 weeks for my couch. they said 6-8 when I first bought it. There has been 3 confirmed dates for delivery yet NO COUCH. Each time they say it was an “anticipated” date. Finally my delivery was scheduled 2:30-5:30, they called me at 2:30 and I called back at 2:31. The number was disconnected. They left no voicemail letting me know it was Ashley furniture and then they just left!! Called the company around 3 and they said they can’t deliver the couch today now, even though it’s still in my window. this company is completely unprofessional and deceitful. Please save yourself the stress and headache. Do NOT buy from here.
This has been worst experience ever getting furniture. I would give zero stars. They are great in store when taking your order but no help after purchase if you have any questions or issues you are pretty much out of luck.
