Big Lot's was well stock,but looked like they could use more help picking up.nEvery few months I stock my house up so I'm not running to the daily. Today was that day before the pollen could get the best of me.nThe cashier was so frustrated with the amount of items she had to bag. She attitude ud83dude44and eye rolls didn't get missed.nI stayed positive and thanked her in the end. In the future I'll happily spend my money at another location. 250.00 plus spent maybe a thank you for shopping Big Lot's would have been nice.
Mark the furniture lead salesperson is amazing! Professional, patient and friendly. Really appreciate his demeanor after a past horrific experience at this location that made us swear we'd never spend with this chain again. Thanks Mark we will be back.
Always a variety of unique items at good prices. Sales are great.
Had the store to ourselves, clean well laid out and the shelves were mostly stocked. The item we wanted was not in stock but the staff was able to determine when the next shipment was arriving.
By far the worst Big Lots I’ve ever visited. The staff is extremely slow and clueless. The cashiers take random breaks while leaving customers at the register in long lines. I would have given no stars if it were possible. No one showed any urgency or willingness to take my money or the money of anyone else for that matter. I walked out item free after waiting in a very short line for 20- minutes. I stopped by to grab a few items before picking up takeout from nearby and boy, do I regret it. My takeout dinner got cold for a total waist of time!! Management was lackadaisical as well and didn’t help out like true leaders would and staff followed with the same sentiments. None. If I were you, I would try Target, Walmart, or any of other nearby options.
