I can find amazing items for just one dollar. I love it!
They were out of the 1 thing i stopped in for but i still purchased 6 other things while i was there. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Store has been in disarray lately. Long checkouts and lack of variety on the shelves and in refrigerated areas.
The lady at the register was very unfriendly. I asked if she needed my basket to sanitize it and she just pointed to the door where they were. I asked “I just put it back?” and she replied “customers sanitize their own basket since they want to come in.” Then she said “insert your card” and when I asked the total, she said “look at the screen.” Is it that hard to tell someone their total? I understand you may hate your job, but at least be friendly. This location is disgustingly dirty, the store is laid out so awkward that you can barely find anything and their shelves are constantly empty.
The dollar store usually has what I go shopping for. I needed some Christmas containers for cookies and while there I purchased my personal Christmas cards. I personally like shopping at the Dollar Tree.
